Noah’s Ark Children’s Academy has partnered with Procare to streamline our core administrative functions with the goal of raising the bar for the parent experience with communication, an easy-to-access portal, and real-time updates from the classroom.
Student-Parent-Teacher Engagement
Procare allows NACA to help build stronger connections with the families we serve. Through Procare we are able to share childcare activities and daily reports, streamline communication with parents, share photos and much more!
Center Management
NACA uses the Procare software as a source of truth for all of our data. We are able to keep track of student and family data, staff members, and detailed reporting in one easy-to-use platform.
Contactless Sign-In Options
NACA has taken advantage of the cutting edge attendance tracking solution that Procare supports which allows for contactless sign in and out by use of a QR code technology and location-based check-in. Our goal is to make the check-in and out process as seamless as possible for our families.
Tracking Student Development
We utilize Procare to track in-class activities and development milestones that can easily be shared with parents. We can quickly provide parents with updates around the different learning activities that their child/ren participates in throughout the day. Staff can easily share lesson plans with parents so that parents are up to date on the curriculum and milestones.
